Meeting Facilities

Hyatt Regency Merida hotel's conference and banqueting facilities include the Regency Grand Ballroom, which can be divided into four sections and can accommodate up to 500 persons in a banquet setting or 650 theatre in a style. Ten comfortable meeting rooms include two executive boardrooms with a capacity of 8 to 40 persons. All of these meeting rooms at our hotel in Merida have individually controlled lighting and air conditioning, and high-speed Internet access. Audio-visual equipment, featuring the latest in technology, is available upon request.

Our banquet and catering staff are dedicated to providing the highest level of service to ensure that your event is a success.
