Payment Information

• In order to pay the registration fee, please proceed to confirm your assistance by registering online.
• Payments can only be made in USD.
• Please, note that the conference fee is to be paid by each participant.
• Once paid, send the payment receipt of your payment to 7thLACP3@iingen.unam.mx, including the full name of the participant (s), an essential requirement for your complete registration to the congress.
• Payment of the student fee will only be valid by attaching the proof of current enrollment as a student to your payment receipt.

Cancellation Policy

All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization if the registered person is unable to attend the event. The registered person must request the transfer in writing to 7thLACP3@iingen.unam.mx. The email must include the full name of the replacement person, their affiliation, and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.

Registration must be transferred no later than 14 days before the event.

The paid and transferred registrations will not be eligible for a refund.
