Location

The venue for the workshop will be the five-star hotel Camino Real Sumiya in Cuernavaca in the Morelos state.

This majestic estate belonged to Barbara Hutton Woolworth. It was built over a period of six years, ending on 1959, after an intense quest for a place with excellent climate, magnetism, and historic roots. For further information and photos visit their web page.

The hotel is offering special rates to the participants of the 9thIWSMRR:
21-24 February (Sunday to Thursday):
$ 2,425.00 MN (per person, per night in single occupancy)
$ 1,625.00 MN (per person, per night in double occupancy)
Prices are in Mexican pesos.

THIS RATE INCLUDES:
One night in luxury room.
Buffet breakfast (pre-established menu by the hotel).
Lunch (pre-established menu by the hotel).
Two non alcoholic beverages during lunch.
Coffee break service during 8h. (coffee, pastries and soda).
16% Tax and 15% food and beverage service.
Tips

If you wish to stay longer at the hotel, then the following rates will apply
Friday to Sunday :
$ 3,280.00 MN (per person, per night in single occupacy)
$ 2,116.00 MN (per person, per night in double occupacy)

How to reach the venue :

The city of Cuernavaca is situated 90kms from the international airport of Mexico City.

Frequent luxury Pullman buses leave directly from the airport to Cuernavaca (from 6.30 to 23.30 with a current cost of 145 pesos-approx. 11 US$), click for more details. The organizing committee will provide local transportation from Cuernavaca city to the workshop venue.
