Registration Attendance certificates will be delivered to all regularly registered participants at the registration desk. The conference office takes cares on registration and finances and provides information, help and material for the sysmposium. One desk is installed on the lobby of the Auditorium J. L. There are two paying options by credit card or bank transfer. Advance registration is highly recommended. Registration is mandatory for all symposium participants. Because the automatic system cannot collect EUR, the fee with credit card can only be collected in USD. Used currency rates 1 EUR=1.32 USD (23-March 2012) The full registration fee for the symposium will be EUR450. An early registration of EUR400 will apply to all delegates and includes the refreshments during the breaks, lunches at the University Campus, CD-ROM of the meeting containing full papers of all accepted papers, banquet dinner and Mexican folkloric ballet confirmation. Accepted papers will only be included in the program if at least one of the authors has registered and paid the registration fee by the May 15 deadline. Student registration entitles the participant to submit one paper. The standard registration fee for the symposium will be EUR370. An early registration of EUR320 will apply to all delegates and includes the refreshments during the breaks, lunches at the University Campus, CD of the meeting containing full papers of all accepted papers. The full student registration fee for the symposium will be EUR300.
