Financial assistance
Some financial assistance will be available to support the participation of scientists having demonstrated funding needs, with strong preference to students and early career scientists. The financial assistance will be of limited amount and may include reimbursement of the registration fee, and/or partial support for accommodation and travel expenditures.
The applications will be considered during April 2014 and successful applicants will be contacted in May 2014. Recipients will be reimbursed after the conference. Please keep all the receipts (hotel, airfare) to be submitted for the reimbursement!
Participants who wish to apply for financial aid must be the presenting author of their contribution and submit an abstract through the web site by the deadline (check the website for the date).
